·Engineering related major with bachelor's degree
·At least 5 years' experiences in the ic assembly&test fields
·Master the ic assembly process technic
·Fluent in English
·The one with assembly working experence in foreign companies would be prefered; being practical, careful and with good communication capability is very important.
