Scope of Duties: ·Responsible for operational sales activities in China ·Supervise and coordinate the domestic field sales activites ·Target the assigned project in the power plant,petrochemical,and other business segments ·Visit and maintain a good relationship to Design Institutes,owners and constructions companies ·Convince clients and design institues of the technical and commercial advantages of our products,concepts and solutions ·Help to further develop the regional areas ·Fulfill the sales and marketing plans and activities ·Supervise the quotations for the upcoming projects and ensure the sucessful close of contracts ·Provide reguested informaiton and reporting on time and in good quality. Professional Experience: ·Approximately 5-10 years experiences in sales functions in the power business,thereof at least 5 years in appropriate leading positions ·Good technical understanding of the power-,ideally also of the petrochemical industries ·Excellent contacts to the electrical power design institutes,the power companies and construction companies ·Experiences could be gained at a boiler maker,piping producer,Electric Power Design Institue,Construction Company in the Power field ·Experience with technical drawings,CAD-tools ·Experience wit MS Office tools ·Work experience with international organizations(helpful) Personality: ·Straight but flexible and clever and diplomatic person ·Good and convicing communication skill ·Secure and skillful in closing deals ·Good and honest personality-leader and team-player ·Able to structure and target market,to generate and apply strategies and concepts ·Success-and deadine oriented,follows clear and pragmatically goals, ·Can-do mentality ·Open communication style ·Good negotiation skills with sensitivity for market,custoners and in house relations Education: ·Education:Technical degree(preferable in Thermal Power or Mechanical Engineer) ·Language:Chinese and English
