Education Requirements/Preference:
At least a degree holder major in Accounting/finance.
Years Experience:
·6 years of which at least 4 years in cost accounting department at MNC, preferably in semiconductors industry
·Hand on experience of QAD/SAP is definitely an advantage
·Good interpersonal skills and fluency in English are essential
Tasks to be performed & areas of responsibility (include physical aspects of the job):
·Report directly to Finance Manager
·Perform product costing and variance analysis and regular reporting package
·Participate in setting up the costing model for the new factory.
·Prepare budget/forecast for SH
·Monitor costing and inventory related internal controls and assist management and operation folks to comply with SOX requirements
