Lead TE team and enhance TE’s capability to support new product development.
·Lead team to develop test program and hardware to support new product development.
·To develop software tools to reduce test program development cycle time. 
·Support new product transferring from R&D to production.
·New test technology development and tester evaluation for high productivity and cost reduction.
·Working closed with product design group on new product testing and characterization. 

Years Experience:
·Above 10 years of experience on Semiconductor Assembly and Packaging Engineering of Material Engineering
·Min 5 years of Engineering Management experience
