Report to: Head of Product Marketing Department Job Description: Location: Shanghai/Beijing Business area: Wind Energy Expected candidate age: 28-40 Responsible for market analysis, identification of potential customers and developing business opportunities focused on the areas of wind energy industry; Develop and manage the strategic marketing and business plan of industry segment wind energy; Guide sales team to sell full range products of Baumer in wind energy industry in order to achieve the business target; Contact with HQ regularly to discuss the sales opportunities and ongoing projects; Launch new application cases from europe to meet different demand of customers in China; Continually develop sales channel and build partnerships with distributor to increase customer results and to ensure that maximum market penetration and sales performance are achieved; Identify potential channel partners to engage the sales and marketing activities for targeted industry – wind energy; Develop and train the sales team in order to ensure that they are well-motivated and equipped for current and future business challenges; Track new potential projects and business and report to head of product marketing and HQ on a routine basis; Lead product marketing activities to achieve the profitable growth in the area of wind power industry, these activities include trade fairs, seminars and product trainings for customers; Support marketing with literatures, product brochures, training materials. Qualification: The candidate should have completed an education degree in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology. An additional commercial training or education would be desirable; In-depth market & branch knowledge in wind energy industry; More than 3 years sales experiences in wind enery industry would be desirable; Professional business experience in acquiring & serving customers (either domestic or international); Ability to work in a solution-oriented and analytic way with the aim to competently consult and convince the customer; Ability to explain complex and correlated topics; Fluent written and spoken English; Ability to communicate within the entire working system just in time; Command of standard office software; Frequently travel
