Key Purpose of the Job:
Perform social audits on factories manufacturing our products. Perform full social auditor, random checks on self assessments and follow up on corrective action plans agreed upon with factories. The main areas are health and safety, working conditions and payment , environmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, schedule and conduct factory compliance audit to ensure the factory used for VF production in conformity to VF’s Global Compliance Principles and Terms of Engagement standards.
2. Edit and update the Vendor and Factory profiles in the Contractor Monitoring System (CMS) database.
3. Report on findings of factory evaluation to Regional Director of Compliance.
4. Issue copy of complete evaluation report to the respective vendor and factory for their guidance of improvement and action plans.
5. Complete and the inspection chargeback report and travel expenses report timely and submit the reports to Regional Director of Compliance.
6. Keep tracking with the vendors and evaluated factories to update the activity status to VF production.
7. Well utilize and maintain the work tools (such as computer notebook, digital camera, measuring meters for illumination, sound and temperature, …etc.) that provided by the Company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Min. 6 years compliance auditing experience in apparel industry

3. Basic IT skills at excel, word & PPT

4. Fluent English communication skills
