Responsibility：

1.      Continuous optimization of all ink formula to further improve productivity

2.      Carry out troubleshooting all ink issues on line

3.      Provide training time to operation team on ink knowledge.

4.      Ink mixing support and skill development

5.      Improve the production efficiency to ensure the timely ink preparation

6.      Support SQE to Work with ink supplier to continuously improve ink performance.

7.      Provide support to new product/sample introduction;

Other duties as requested.

 Qualification：

Good sense of color management

1.      Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or printing engineering

2.      At least 5 years experiences in printing/ink or related industry and have well knowledge of ink manufacturing.

3.      Experience in ink manufacturer is preferred.

4.      Well know ink and printing knowledge

5.      Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
