Position Title: National Retail Manager
Job Challenges:
-Develop business retail strategic plan in terms of business direction, sales and promotional & buying plans for Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen markets. -Responsible for overall retail business in aspects of P&L, operation budget, and cost control, inventory control and security issues. -Plan and lead retail network expansion -Evaluate retail store location criteria, analysis and terms negotiation -Lead and supervise implementation of retail operation - store design & renovation, visual merchandising, in-store events & promotions, customer service, sales staffs training & management, retail operation guidelines & standard, shop maintenance, returning policy, etc. -Maintain Company brand image and ensure quality services to customers. -Set-up store roll-out programs, monitor & track progress -Prepare sales forecasts, analyses and achieve quarterly/yearly sales -Liaise and work with key internal & external partners: Department Store & Shopping Mall Management, Design & Renovation Contractors to facilitate effective information flow and ensure quality output of retail expansion and management
Job Requirements:
-6-8 years of solid experience with proven track record in retail development & operation -Strategic mind and strong business acumen -Excellent customer services skill and people management -Resourceful with updated market intelligence and benchmarking -Fluency in English & Mandarin, both spoken and written -Willing to travel -Proactive, aggressive and flexible -Proven management experience in leadership & training skills
