-be responsible for mall property management;
-coordinate and implement leasing strategy, marketing exercises, budget and forecast for the mall operation;
-oversee and analyze the sales status of the tenants and propose development plan and market positioning;
-liaise with the management company and make sure the compliance and fulfillment of business objectives and policies;
-manage service vendors and agencies to ensure shopping mall facilities are in place and of desirable quality;
-building up and develop relationship with tenants, community, and local government.
Qualifications:
-Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, Retail, Leasing and other related disciplines;
-Minimum 5 years working experiences in shopping mall/retail/department store/hotel management;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Strong leadership and management skills;
-Proficiency in spoken and written English.
