QA Manager

职位描述:
1.Continuously develop Quality Assurance Department,to improve the integrated competence of the department, and implement the quality system in line with the company’s global standard;
2.Introduce the new products to local site, and get approvals from the headquarter and customers for production and shipment;
3.Responsible for supplier quality management, including qualifying and developing the new suppliers and improving the existing suppliers’ quality, support localization and global sourcing work;
4.Manage and develop Laboratory for mechanical & chemical tests, also product function tests;
5.Monitor customer complaint, set up continuous improvement strategy and action plan and provide services to improve customers’ satisfaction;
6.Conduct and coordinate various audits internally and externally, such as ISO9001/14001/18001, SA8000, and so on.
7.Supervise EHS (Environment Health & Safety) management performance.
