职位描述：
*Responsibilities:
-Minimum 5 years related experience in multinational company as production supervisor level
-Be responsible for Production planning and Material management;
-Manage the production groups in the segment with the target high quality, improve the technology;
-To be responsible for the definition and implementation of job descriptions, working procedures and performance monitoring of his direct team;
-Plan and coordinate the work flow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to schedules and quality standards;
-Strong process and project management skills;
-Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team environment;
-To schedule the workload and manage with the resources;
-Success in process improvement and cost-down initiatives.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a minimum of 5 years in metal product manufacturing in a hand on role;
-Production planning and control experience;
-Equipped with full understanding of technical know how of metal manufacturing process;
-Sound general management skills, project management experience with good organization abilities and leadership skills;
-Able to "directly" communicate with peers at all levels to understand and manage their expectations;
-Good command of written & spoken English.
