Job Responsibility:
1.Daily management of quality inspection team
2.Formulate out the checkinglist and process for the quality control inspection of sample, incoming material, production in-process and finished goods.
3.Statistics of the defects, analysis the cause with related depatment and follow-up the actions
4.Patrol checking the production process, audit if the production’s activities conforms to the process documents
5.Pushing the quality improvement, preventing and improving quality.
6.Non-conformity product analyse and disposal.
7.Analyse root cause of customer complaints with related department, initiate corrective and preventive actions and follow up.
8.Provide quality information of finished goods and reporting in time
9.On site direct and supervise the execution of QC’s inspection activities to ensure the process and product can meet the requirements of process and related finished goods quality standard.
10.Training QC inspectors’ all kinds of skills, promote and improve inspectors’ all kinds skills and correct working attitude.
11.Other assignements required by management.

Work Experience Requirements:
1.At least 3-year’s experience in electro-mechanical industry, relevant quality control experience is preferred.
2.In-depth knowledge and know-how of engineering is advantageous.
3.Good knowledge of ISO and other Quality system
4.Ability to work independently under pressure and willingness to hand on job
5.Strong responsibility awareness , leadership skill and team work spirit
6.Excellent communication skill in both written and oral English

Education Requirements:
1.University degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent
2.CET 6 or equivalent
