Responsibilities1 .Market Research: - Conduct segmentation study and identify targeted customer group.
- Built up market intelligence database; Compose all relevant information such as market understanding, customer careabouts, segmentation and competition development into business strategy towards targeted segments
- Ongoing market observation and competitors information collecting and analysis.
- Be involved in BP sales figures of BU’s.
- Prepare and keep filing of BOSCH long term planning figures (GEP).
- Check Chinese Organizations/Associations for market information.
2. Marketing activity - Lead marketing planning and execution to support product and solution (including audience segmentation, creative, content creation and localization, consumer demand generation, marketing with/through partners, etc.) across the region.
- Coordination of exhibition arrangements.
- Contact with authority and associations and develop good relationship and lead market development projects in relationship with regulations and mage trend.
- Plan, prepare and create leaflets and print documents for sales support/after Sales.
3.Communication (internal/external): - Establishment of an annual communication plan and budget.
- Regular issuing of press releases and advertisements.
- Publishing of marketing material/success stories in local press and special magazines.
- Updating of internet/intranet information and creation of a real PACN internet page (coordination with PA/RBCN).
- Prepare and update PA/PACN presentations and promotion material for sales and general management.
- Act as PA-Communicator.
4.General: Coordinate marketing efforts and policies, communication with PA/MKT and RBCN/MKT.
